APABA-Central Ohio 2013 Scholarship

The APABA-CO Foundation, an affiliate of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Central Ohio (“APABA-CO”) is pleased to announce that it is offering up to three scholarships this year.

         

To recognize Asian Pacific American law students in the Central Ohio area who have:

·         Shown excellence and achievement in law school;

·         Demonstrated community leadership and service; and/or

·         Overcome personal hardships or challenges.

AWARDS

Three scholarships of $1,000 each to be awarded to law students currently enrolled at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law or Capital University Law School.

APPLICATION SUBMISSIONS

1.       Completed Application;

2.       Personal Statement (maximum of 500 words);

3.       Resume;

4.       An official copy of your most recent law school transcript; and

5.       If applicable, a copy of your application to your law school for financial assistance.

NOTE: Applications are available in the Office of Professional Development.

DEADLINE/SUBMISSION

Applications must be postmarked by August 1, 2013.
